New England Pale Ale
Seconds Out is our second top-fermented beer brewed in the New England style, where the use of caramel, pilsner, wheat and chocolate malt contributes to a ”hazy" beer - with a mild bitterness and some residual sweetness.
Finally, the Seconds Out is dry-hopped with Amarillo and El Dorado, which provide a rich aroma of citrus, and notes of tropical fruit.
New England IPA - 6,0% Alc.
Manic Haze is a top-fermented India Pale Ale brewed in the New England style, where the use of caramel, pilsner and wheat malt contributes to a ”hazy & creamy" beer - with a moderatbitterness for the style and some residual sweetness.
Finally, the Manic Haze is massively dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, which gives a significantrich aroma of citrus, melon and tropical fruit.
DUBBEL - 6,6 % Alc.
Jaco Pastoriusis a dark top-fermented Belgian dubbel, and the style is also typically referred as a dark "monastic beer".
A beer with a light sweetness from a relatively complex malt combinationand the modest use of hops contribute a very mild bitterness.
The Belgian abbey yeast contributes to a beer with notes of fruit
Lager - 5,6 % Alc.
Brewfather is a bottom fermented golden beer – a lager - with a moderate and mild bitterness, and a slightly spicy, flowery hop aroma
Belgian Quadrupel – 12,0 %Alc.
Quadrupel is a strong, dark top-fermented Belgian beer in the monastic style. A relatively dry beer with a complex malt aroma plus mild bitterness and notes of fruit.
PORTER - 5,2 % ALC.
As the great composer, this is one of BrewPub København “classics” and “evergreens” on our taps. The authors Carsten Berthelsen and Rolf Nielsen has emphasize this beer as “…one of fifty beers, you should taste before you die”.
Cole is an unusual good porter with a fine bitterness, and composed of not less than seven different malts. These different malts contribute to the tones of chocolate, coffee and liquorice, and a faint hint of smoke.
WHEAT BEER - 4,9 % ALC.
BrewPub’s cloudy & refreshing wheat beer - as known from southern Germany - with a very mild bitterness.
VesterWeisse is based on wheat and pilsner malt and has a fruity aroma with a hint of banana, which - together with the spicy flavor notes – is released by the Bavarian wheat beer yeast during the fermentation.

SPECIAL BREW - 7 % ALC.
In our special serial of beer fermented on the wild yeast Brettanomyces, you can taste our Brett Sinclair. It is brewed with 8 different malts, and subsequently fermented with our mixed culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacter that contributes to acidity but also distinct notes of berries (almost cherries and blackberries).
5 % ALC.
