TNK - Tomorrow Never Knows - is our second beer in a serial inspired by the Beatles' Revolveralbum from 1966.
An amber-colored top fermented Session India Pale Ale beer – an IPA with a slightly lower alcohol - with rich fruity notes and aroma of flower from the American hops Citra & El Dorado.
Moderate bitterness is flanked by slight licorice
Dry Hopped Pale Ale - 5,5% Alc
Texas Flood is a copper-colored ale with a balanced sweetness, bitterness and fruity note.
During the storage we have dry hopped this pale ale with 75% Cascade and 25% Mosaic. This contribute to a very aromatic beer.
ZZ TOP FERMENTED RED ALE - 5,2% Alc.
LA GRANGE is a refreshing top-fermented "Red Ale“ with a slight to moderate bitterness, and a pleasing fullness of caramel malts, which also contribute to the red color.
A beer with a distinct aroma from dry-hopping with the American hop Mosaic.
Skottish 80’ Shilling Ale - 5,0% Alc.
Sir William Wallace led in 1297 the Scottish uprising for independence against the British.
The sub-name "80 shilling ale" is an older term for the strength, which had 60, 70 and 80 shillings, and thus indicate that it is the strongest type. But according to the Danish scale… Not that strong.
William Wallace has a very distinct malt aroma, a slightly bitterness from the hop and a hint of smoke
Lager - 5,2% Alc.
Brewfather is a bottom fermented golden beer – a lager - with a moderate and mild bitterness, and a slightly spicy, flowery hop aroma
Belgian Quadrupel – 12,0 %Alc.
Quadrupel is a strong, dark top-fermented Belgian beer in the monastic style. A relatively dry beer with a complex malt aroma plus mild bitterness and notes of fruit.
PORTER - 5,2 % ALC.
As the great composer, this is one of BrewPub København “classics” and “evergreens” on our taps. The authors Carsten Berthelsen and Rolf Nielsen has emphasize this beer as “…one of fifty beers, you should taste before you die”.
Cole is an unusual good porter with a fine bitterness, and composed of not less than seven different malts. These different malts contribute to the tones of chocolate, coffee and liquorice, and a faint hint of smoke.
WHEAT BEER - 4,9 % ALC.
BrewPub’s cloudy & refreshing wheat beer - as known from southern Germany - with a very mild bitterness.
VesterWeisse is based on wheat and pilsner malt and has a fruity aroma with a hint of banana, which - together with the spicy flavor notes – is released by the Bavarian wheat beer yeast during the fermentation.
An excellent thirst quencher….
Lambic with Sloes - 5% Alc..
In our specially brewed series of beer on the wild Brettanomyces, we now have our Coalhouse Blackthorn.
The BrewmasterHans-Ole Kraglund picked sloes at Kulhuse along the shore at Roskilde Fjord in October 2018. These berries were sorted, rinsed and poured directly into Brett-fermenting worth.
A fresh, sour and very fruity lambic with notes in the direction of plum - and sloe of cause - and relatively sweet for the beer style.
Almost no bitterness and no astringencefrom the sloe. Very light carbonation and almost no foam.
Cider – 5,0 % Alc.
