William Wallace

Sir William Wallace led in 1297 the Scottish uprising for independence against the British. 

The sub-name "80 shilling ale" is an older term for the strength, which had 60, 70 and 80 shillings, and thus indicate that it is the strongest type. But according to the Danish scale… Not that strong.
